Judy B. Neeley, 60, lost her battle with heart disease on Thursday, November 15, 2012.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Neal and Ruthie Byrd; son, Donald Savage; sisters, Ann and Betty; and brothers, David and Neal, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Michael R. Neeley, Sr.; sister, June Byrd Forrest; stepchildren; step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will be held on Tuesday, November 20 at Toccoa Cemetery, Toccoa, Georgia.
