A visitation for Joan will be held Monday, October 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Virginia followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
