Good Morning,

I would normally never do this. I was on Google searching for a particular person and Miss Buckwalter’s lovely image came up on my phone screen along with the image of my original search choice.

The photo was mesmerizing and Miss Buckwalter seemed so full of life and had lovely, kind eyes. I am a naturally curious nature so I wanted to learn about “Hettie’s” life and also browsed the remaining photo contributed by her family.

I enjoyed learning a little about Hetties from her obituary and enjoyed viewing the pictures of a very loved woman. To her family, I am sorry for your loss.  And thank you for the insight into this lovely woman’s life. God Bless you. Kara McClure

So sorry to hear about your loss. You know that God and Jesus are in the best position to comfort us when we lose a loved one in death.

Hettie was a volunteer at the Women's Clinic, LAFB Hospital for many years. We loved her, and still do. She spoke many times of her loving husband.  They are together now and both are in the Lord's arms. I think back to the many wonderful things about Hettie. One was she loved her trucks. I remember she bought a new white truck, and was proud to show it to me and have me sit in it. My deepest condolences to the whole family.

I had the pleasure of working with Hettie, when she was our volunteer at the Women's Clinic, Langley AFB hospital. We all loved Hettie- all those years she volunteered there. Such a wonderful and kind person.  I'll never forget she was so proud of the trucks she bought and drove. She even let me sit in a white truck that she had. Hettie was adorable. Her family that we met was so caring, kind and loving of Hettie.  I remember meeting and speaking with occasionally, Hettie, the granddaughter. God Bless our Hettie.  She is up there with her husband, who she spoke of often. The good Lord has his arms wrapped around them both.  They are smiling down on all of us.
