She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dooley. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Overman and Donna Ingle (Ken); four grandchildren, Sarah Parker, Amie Holladay, James Smith, Don Smith; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, W.D. Ford and Howard Ford; and a sister, Evelyn Tatum.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Helen’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 3, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
