we love him and even though he's not here we will never forget him. 

Frances & I are cousins on the Embrey side. Our love & curiosity oh our family & heritage is  how we met & bonded. 
I gained not only a beloved Cousin but a wonderful friend as well. I will miss you &  our long talks and reminiscings.

I was fortunate to work with Frank several years ago, he was helpful with any questions I had and always had a positive attitude.   He would pass out "whale done" certificates to recognize a job well done.  Although I didn't work directly for him, he gave me one or two over the years.  I'm very sorry to hear of his passing.   My condolences and prayers to his family. 

Francis and I kept in touch, by phone, with each other a lot.  He did most of the talking but I did get in a few words once in a while with him.  It was always a pleasure and sometimes very informative to talk with him and to ask how everybody was feeling and what they were doing.  We talked about everything  from politics to what our next vacation is going to be.  I will miss our conversations.

Frank was such a kind person and we were all fortunate to have met him.   Although Frank has been far from Alaska, he hasn't been far from our thoughts.   Condolences to his family.  

Frank was always such a kind soul, Sowanna and I will always be so grateful that he was and will always be part of our lives.  I will miss our long phone conversations and his enthusiastic optimism for living life.

My Friend Francis!  It shattered my heart when you left us.  I will miss our long talks every other Sunday.   You were truly a special light in my life,  and in Stormies.   I cried tears of sadness when you left us. I cry tears of joy because you are with loved ones now.   You are in everlasting peace in heaven with your loved ones now.  You were Truly my Best Friend!  I will miss you so much Frank!

So many memories. He would call me about once a month to chat. I always enjoyed the talks. A very giving person. Loved his family.

This awsome person took my then girlfriend Sharon to find the only Christmas present i wanted at the time, a robe with a hood. She didn't know where to even look. At a visit to Nana and Paps, Francis treated her like family and the two of them took off to look for a robe, left me there a didnt tell me what they were doing. This big lug always welcomed others and was an awesome uncle, love you uncle Frank
