Floyd William Perkins, 72, of Virginia, passed away on November 8, 2023, in Rich Square, North Carolina. He was born on January 9, 1951. Floyd was a Sales Manager at Jernigan Oil, where he dedicated his career.
Floyd will be remembered for his generous nature and his great smile. He had a warm and giving personality that touched the lives of those around him. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara "Ann" Clayton, his father, William Perkins, and his brother, Lloyd Perkins. Floyd is survived by his former spouse, Janet Davis, his daughter, Martha Leyda, and his brother, Robert Perkins.
A Christian by faith, Floyd found solace and joy in his spiritual beliefs and activities.
