Donna Lynne Groce Emmons

She was a retail manager for many years in the local area. Her passion was reading and she loved her family dearly, especially Chippy and Zero, her faithful dogs.

Donna is preceded in death by her father, Dan F. Groce. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Brian Emmons; mother, Estella Wood; grandmother, Belethia Grizzle; brother, Dan F. Groce, Jr. (Angela); sister, Deborah Groce and her fiancé, Jeffery; two nephews, Anthony Groce and Kerry Groce (Ashley); three nieces, Katelin Groce, Ashley Spain, and Kayleigh Spain; mother-in-law, Frances Emmons; sister-in-law, Grace Spain (Steve); and brother-in-law, Vincent Emmons (Kim).

A celebration of Donna's life will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, April 19, 2015 in Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home led by Celebrant Bert Rait . The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the funeral home.
