He had most recently worked with Parkway Manufacturer as a C & C torch operator. David enjoyed fishing and was active with the Hampton Moose Club. He was a member of Newmarket Baptist Church.
David was preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Roy and Mary Billhimer; biological father, Hyldren P. Lantz; and brother, Frank Howard Lantz. He is survived by his loving wife of five years, Krista L. Lantz; son, Travis Lantz; daughters, Casey Lantz, Brittnay Lantz, and Amber Hohnke; step-father, Myron Harrelson; mother, Clariene Harrelson; brothers, Billy Lantz and wife Joyce, and Steve Lantz and wife Donna; sisters, Linda White and husband Joe, and Vickie Madison and husband Jimmy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in Harrisonburg, Virginia through Kyger Funeral Home.
