David Carroll was born March 15, 1957, in Hawaii to Ruth and Bobby Carroll, both now deceased. David died August 26, 2024, after a lengthy hospital stay. He is survived by his wife, Diane, and his daughters, Bobbi Carroll and Shannon Carroll. He will be missed by his family, Susan Carroll, Lori Wittett and Daniel Carroll and their spouses and children. He will be deeply missed by Dorothy Faughnan, Jean Spell, Sheri Reynold and Janice Griffith (Deceased). John Reynolds and David Notti, who were like brothers to David. Also, his nieces will miss his dry humor and laughter, Samantha Notti, Miranda Reynolds and Jennifer Rosensteel and his adopted son, Jacob Bartone.
A public visitation for David will be held Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia 23666, followed by a celebration of life at 6:00 PM.
