Charles “Raymond” Jenkins, Jr., age 57, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was a native of Hampton, and had lived in Gloucester for the past five years. He was a member of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his wife, Linda M. Jenkins; daughter, Christina M. Jenkins; granddaughter, Alyssa C. Jenkins; brothers, Robert and David Jenkins; and many other extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Charles' life will be held Friday, February 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Parkview Church of God. Entombment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
