He was born on August 3, 1973 in Millinocket, Maine, eldest son of Glenda and Daniel Hale. Chad graduated from Schenck High School in 1991 in East Millinocket, ME where he was a standout athlete in soccer and baseball as well as a member of the marching band. Chad joined the Air Force after high school where he served 4 years and finished his career in the military at the Pentagon. He moved to Hampton, VA in 1999 where he began working at Langley Air Force base in the IT field. While living in Hampton he met his wife of 13 years, Martina (“Tina”) Elizabeth (Manno) Hale. They were married on September 19, 2009 in Virginia Beach, VA. Chad and Tina moved to Yorktown in 2012 right before the birth of their oldest. On the weekends he could be found lending a hand to neighbors with projects and cheering on his kids at their games. When he wasn’t cheering on his own children, Chad was rooting for the New York Yankees; as a loyal fan, he supported the Yankees since childhood, even making it to a few memorable games. Chad took work just as seriously as he took play, too. He was a Network Engineer for General Dynamics. Chad is survived by his wife, Tina of Yorktown and their three children, Lily, Colton and Maya; mother, Glenda Hale of Medway, ME; father, Daniel Hale of Medway, ME; brother Christopher Hale of Medway, ME; sister-in-law Rachel Hale of Medway, ME, nephew Hunter Hale of Medway, ME.
