Betty was preceded in rest by her husband, David S. Triplett and parents, John and Nettie Wells. She is survived by three daughters, Gwen Chappell (Steve), Annette Harris (Ray), Cindy Triplett; son, John David Triplett; six grandchildren, Scott Chappell, Daniel Hobby, Luke Hobby, Megan Thomas, Joshua Triplett, Jessup Triplett; and great-granddaughter, Abby Chappell.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Fox Hill United Methodist Church or the American Diabetes Association.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Betty’s life will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 13, at the graveside in Parklawn Memorial Park.
