James “Tom” Dooley, 72, died May 24, 2017 surrounded by family.
Tom was born October 18, 1944, to Jimmie and Lloyd Dooley. After high school Tom joined the Army where he devoted 17 years to his country. Tom was an avid hunter and sportsman. He participated many years in the pistol and rifle competitions.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Left to cherish Tom’s memory is his wife, Peggy; daughters, Rhonda (Boyce) Walker and Betty Jo Barnes; son, Woodrow (Ashley) Shuler; 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
