Hal Hayden Havens Sr.

Hal attended Hamilton Schools and Baylor University. He received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force.

Hal married Maxine James in 1953, from this union came three daughters and one son: Lottie, Shannon, Marcia, and Hayden Jr. Hal married Harriet Thomas in 1987.

Hal is survived by his Children Lottie Royall, Marcia Shipman and Hayden Havens, Jr. and stepchildren Paula Kunetka and James Meade. He is also survived by his widow Harriet, the mother of his children Maxine, and two sisters, Patricia Lester and Wanda Carney. He also left ten grandchildren and nineteen great –grandchildren.

Hal was preceded in death by his parents his brothers Jack Havens, and Joe Mack Havens, four sisters Maxine Shipman, Christy Lange, Peggy Carney and Janet Wilhoite and his daughter Shannon McCord and stepson Tim Meade.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Havens family Cemetery.
