Tyler It is with sadness we announce the passing of our son Tyler at the age of 21. Tyler has been granted his angel wings after a long battle with Adrenoleukodystroy on May 19, 2012. Tyler spent his final hours in the arms of his mom and dad. His life was cut short but he touched the hearts of all those that knew him. Although he was trapped in his body with this devastating disease, Tyler had many enjoyments in life and now he is with his Pappy. Survived by his parents Andy and Carol Clarke. He will be missed by his nanny Ruth Pounder, his Aunty, many aunts, uncles, cousins, step-sister Shannon and nephew Ashton. A special thank you to his incredible nurse of 13 years, Paula Sherban, to nurse Krisyin, Nicole Hansen, Dr. Sam Winemaker, Dr. Karen Trollope of McMaster Family Practice, your kindness and support will not be forgotten. Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
