Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in his 80th year. Tom is predeceased by his sister Jelka Pocrnic and brothers Stipe, Marko and Ante. Loving brother of Maria Dujela (Pino), brother-in-law of Dragan Pocrnic, Anica, Mary, Anica (of Croatia) Vukelic. Cherished uncle of Gloria Mesic (Tom), Dennis Dujela, Tony Pocrnic (Finka), Bob Pocrnic (Catherine), Mike Pocrnic (Sonja), Tom, Mary, Nancy, Milan, John, Zeljko, Blazenka Vukelic. Special friend of Mary Brest. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King St. East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with Vigil Prayers at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King St. East on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 9:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
