It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen on Monday, October 10, 2011 at the age of 48. Beloved spouse of Jackie Sosnowski. Cherished son of Georgine and the late Antonio. Stephen will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Hamilton General Hospital for their exceptional care. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 12 noon until the time of Memorial Service at 1pm in the Chapel.
