Ross V. Cardwell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved, Ross V. Cardwell on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the age of 76. Ross will forever be loved by his wife of 51 years, Judy and their children Karen (Garry), Keith (Joanne), Ken (Sandra), Katherine (Ken) and Krista (Jim). Papa will be dearly missed by Kaila (Guillaume), Spencer, Michael, Jacob, Eric, Erin, Cyril, Tyler, Gavin, Brodie, Allie, David, Ryan, Oliver and Anna. Ross retired in 1993 after 38 years of service with Canada Customs and has spent his retirement years enjoying life with family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main St. East (east of Sanford), Hamilton, on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate his life will follow in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a children’s charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
