Just want to say, Bob was a man's man, he loved life,he loved his family, and he loved his Savior Jesus, Bob had a great sense of humor, very funny man,he was building things and fixing things, 1thing I can say about Bob he Loved his Wife Josie and his daughter's,Christine, Lisa,Kim,and All his grandchildren, he will be missed but I know I will see him and Josie, man that's gonna be a great reunion, for all,my prayer's go to the family, Christine,Lisa,Kim,and the grandkids and son in law's,

Where do I begin.....Dad...thankyou for all the shiny years you gave us! Our father had so many wonderful gifts...A mechanic,a master of men's trades,a funny man who could tell such wonderful stories.A man who put his heart and soul into whatever he was doing in the moment.Our parents owned a cottage in Lake Erie,Featherstone Point....at one time in their lives.We all had many great moments there.My father built a porch there,and designed it ,so a tree went right through the middle...it was neat.He also had a few boats,"Glory 1&2...on the seas...he was known as "Captain BOB".I still see both him and my mom standing round the campfire at night....roasting wieners and marshmellows...and making sure,we were all having a good time.On many celebrations...dad would break out his harmonica..and play some of his and our favorates such as...Amazing Grace,You are my sunshine,Oh Susanna,Red river valley and others,then sit back and enjoy his wife Josie play some of her favorates on the accordian.My father was a man who knew how to just "take one day at a time." He kept going no matter what came his way,whether struggles or sunshine...which was a blessing to see.He enjoyed his time with "The Men's Builder's Club....and the outings and prayer times he had with them.Dad...with tears in my heart and eyes....I think of all you gave to us all from your heart....Thankyou so much for being my "SWEETHEART DAD.......For touching us all so uniquelly......Our father believed in the Lord Jesus Christ.......and especially liked Psalm 23 and John 3:16..."For GOD so loved the world,that He gave his only begotten Son,that whosoever believes in Him,would not perish but have Everlasting life." Dad we know your up there in heaven...praising God with mom,and all the others who have gone before,,,,,,,,our hope is one day we will see you again,,,,in that place called,Paradise,together we will dance on streets that are golden...where God's perfect love and light shall be our home forever.All our Love....All of us sister's thankyou all for all the nice comments,you left about our father,God Bless.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I remember the Sunday Bob came forward at West Highland, I. Was the Pastor that prayed with him. Bob soon after began attending our Builder's Men's Group at the church, he became a regular faithful member at the group. I remember him praying for others and also sharing his concern towards others. He loved the group and we loved and prayed for him through his sickness. We rejoice now that he is with Jesus Christ, His Lord and Saviour. " Absent from the body, present with The Lord."
