Rixford, who completed his apprenticeship in Carpentry, was a member of the Hamilton’s Carpenters Union Local 18. He was a passionate Carpenter who was always eager and happy to lend a hand on various projects. If you needed new kitchen cabinets, a basement or bathroom reno or even a nice backyard deck he was always there to help.
Rixford was also an avid golfer and would never refuse an offer for a round of golf. However most importantly, he loved the Lord more than anything else offering his voice with worship and praise. A long-time member of Crown Point Community Church since he emigrated to Canada in 1973.
