We are saddened to announce the unexpected but peaceful passing of Patricia "Pat" on Sunday, June 4, 2016 at the age of 85, at her home with her beloved Charlie (Kitty) at her side. Predeceased by her husband Hank (2006). Most cherished mom of Bill (Patti), Mark (Cathy) and Patti (Les). Very loved grammie of Travis (Carolee), John Henry (Pia) and Rachel (Nick). Great gramma of Henry and special GG of Isabel and Joe. Will be sadly missed by niece Debra and great nephew Josh Czerniga and family, as well as the special love of the Carreiro family. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Monday June 13th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 14th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Inurnments at a later date.
