Unexpectedly at her home in St. Catharines, on March 18, 2019 in her 91st year. Beloved wife to the late Jack Ellison (1992). Loving mother to Lynn Wazny (Ziggy), Stephen (Nancy) and Cathy DeCaro (Anthony). Cherished Nan to Kenneth, Stephen, Robert (Dora-Ann), Thomas (Annie) and Frank and great grandmother to Griffin, Tiffany, Tiana, Anthony, Evelyn and James. She will be missed by her dear friend Dorothy and also by her friends at the St. Alfred's Church Card Club and the Wednesday Social Club.
A celebration of her life will take place at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. in Hamilton on Monday, March 25th at 11 a.m. with reception to follow. Interment will take place in Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
