Mike Perkovich

Beloved husband of Vera for 54 years. Loving father of Tom and Vlado (Molly). Cherished Dida of Antonija. Dear brother of Zora Drazenovic (the late Joe) and Marija Mesic (the late Ivan). Special Uncle of Marija and Annie, Mirjana and Mike and their families. Mike will be sadly missed by family and friends in Canada and Croatia. Mike was a Miner for over 40 years that took him to many places throughout the world and will be especially missed by his friends in Timmins and Schummaker. He lived to see Croatia independent and free. Thank you Mike for everything, you will be greatly missed. Special thanks to St. Joseph's Hospital and Dr. Percy for their compassionate care and the Hamilton Croatian Community for their support. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, May 17 from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm with Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 10 am. Interment at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
