Mary Zylawy nee Kawczak, Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Thursday September 6, 2018 in her 94th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Zachary of 50 years. Survived by her nieces, nephews and friends in Ukraine, Poland and Canada.
A visitation for Mary will be held Monday, September 10, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton. Panachyda will occur at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Resurrection, 821 Upper Wentworth St., in Hamilton on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
