KOVACH, Mary Catherine (nee Martyn) Suddenly, but peacefully, at McMaster Medical Centre on March 14, 2011, in her 79th year. Predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Sam (2008). Loved and loving mother of Michael (Sharon), John (Toni) and Leslie. Devoted grandmother of Christopher, Alexandra, Wesley, Stephanie and Jaclyn, and great-grandmother of Harper. Predeceased by her sister Stella Tone (2010) and survived by sisters-in-law Helen Mitchell, Margaret Kokeman and Kathleen Stasiuk, and cousin Ed Tymoschuk. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton) on Friday, March 18th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A private family service will follow.
