Marion Helen Lucas

Peacefully passed away at Victoria Gardens LTC, Hamilton, on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in her 89th year. She will finally be reunited with her beloved Mom Anna and Dad Robert Kemp, sister Margaret Rzeszutek, and loving cat Sunny. Predeceased by her husband George. Beloved mother of Caroline Killins (Ross, predeceased), Mary Morris (Brian), George (Diane), Ronnie (predeceased), Ted (Karen) and Randy. Grandmother of Tina, Joseph, Kerry, Cheryl, Kevin, Laura, Tracy and Travis. Great-grandmother of Ian, Casey, Brandon, Cristiano and Brayden. Survived by several nieces and nephews, and a cousin Adelaide, all of the USA. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Anna.

A cat lover, Marion enjoyed feeding all the neighbourhood stray cats. She loved to strike up a conversation with total strangers.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton, on Saturday, May, 9th, 2015 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hamilton S.P.C.A.
