Lynda Cook

Born in Hamilton, ON to Arthur and Velma Cook. Lynda was a kind, generous and gentle soul who loved and was loved beyond measure. Lynda was adventurous and enjoyed traveling and camping. Lynda’s gentle spirit was committed to making life better for all around her including her family, friends, coworkers, and those she unreservedly served in role as Staff Representative at COPE Ontario.

Everyone who was blessed to know Lynda also knew she had an extraordinary love for animals and most especially for her beloved fur baby pups.

Lynda will be loved always by her dearest and best friend Janice Best and ‘big dog’ Ella.

She remains, and always will be the dearly loved sister of the late Pat Hansen (Ron), and Gord Cook (Deanna).

Lynda was the loving aunt of Ron Hansen (Kathleen), Sherri DiBartolo (Paul), Elysse, Olivia, Isaiah and Abigail Cook, Lauren Cook-Chaimowitz.

Lynda will be deeply missed by her great-nephew and nieces Mitchell, Hannah, and Laura Hansen; Rachele Bissonnette; Larissa Frisina; Hailey, Caitlyn, and Ashley DiBartolo.

Resting at Cresmount Funeral Home, Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Avenue E, Hamilton for visitation on Friday October 7, 2022 from 4-8p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
