John Thomas Mortimer, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2018 in his 74th year with his loving wife of 43 years Edith (nee Govang) by his side. Cherished father of Paul, Lloyd (Brenda) and Marianne (Ron). Loving grandfather to Alan, Raymond, Dylan and Kaitlyn. Dear brother of Barry. He will be greatly missed by extended family and friends. John was a retired employee of HSR where he worked for over 35 years .
A visitation for John will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton. With a graveside service to follow at 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main Street West, Hamilton, Ontario.
