With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jennifer on May 10, 2018. Cherished daughter to Tom and Pat McDermott and beloved sister to Melanie (Tonya). She was a proud mother to Haylee. Loving aunt to Tristen and Kieran. Jenn will be deeply missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, close family and friends. We are grateful for all those who have supported Jenn and her struggle through the years and take comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will take place on Thursday, May 17th at 11 a.m. in the chapel with cremation to follow.
