Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family in her 83rd year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Bryan and cherished granddaughter Alyssa. Loving mother of Paul (Jennifer) and Tracey (Bob). Dear nana to Shawn (Emily), Andrew (Dana), Geoffrey (Christina), Victoria and Taylor (Andy) and 5 great-grandsons. Jean will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephew and many friends in Canada and the UK. The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to her nurses Rachel and Clarissa for their compassion and care in Jean’s final weeks. Special thanks to the Cameron family for their endless support and to Tracey for her dedication and care of mom.
Memorial Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 1pm until the time of the service at 2pm. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Jean’s memory.
