Ivan Zupanic

Loving father of Ivan (Lily) Zupanic, Mary (Jerry) Cagalj, and Josip (Anita) Zupanic. Cherished grandfather of Julia and Ethan Cagalj and Max and Jacob Zupanic. He is now reunited in Heaven with his parents Josip and Mara. Ivan will be sadly missed by extended family and friends both in Canada and Croatia. Ivan retired from the Ford Motor Company after 27 years of dedicated service. The family would like to extend a thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Peter’s Hospital for their wonderful kindness, compassion and care.

Family and friends are welcome to visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Vigil Prayers at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East, Hamilton on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 10 am.
