Helen May Franks

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen at the Hamilton General Hospital on January 29, 2015 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late James. Loving mother of Kim Chapman (Tom). Cherished grandma of James and Curtis. Dear aunt of Karen. Predeceased by her brother Ben Button (Marjorie), nephew Kevin, and her parents Ben and Myrtle Button. Helen will be fondly remembered by other family and friends. Thanks to the Hamilton General Hospital for their care. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Gathering at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen’s memory, may be made to a charity of choice.
