The family of George Vernon Lowe wish to announce his peaceful passing on Saturday July 16, 2011 in his 88th year. He will be greatly missed by all for his kind heart and cheerful disposition. Predeceased by the three loves of his life: Frances, Joyce, Gertrude, and his son Carman. Remembered by: Charlene Wallace (Stuart), Donna Adams (Wayne), Paul Wharton (Ivy), Brenda Wharton, Jeff Wharton (Jeannette), Roger Lowe (Linda), Vern Lowe (Kristine), 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will take place at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Monday July 25th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, 1355 Upper Wellington St., on Tuesday July 26th at 11 a.m. followed by interment in North Glanford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Assistance Program or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
