Passed away peacefully on December 22, 2016, in her 94th year at Extendicare, Hamilton. Predeceased by her husband James, sisters, Margaret (James) MacKenna, Kay(Duncan) MacDonald, Mary (Tom) Fraser, Christina, Verna (Emmett) Moore; brothers, Donald, Rev. John, Alex and Joseph (Anne Marie). She is survived by her sister Marie (late Jerome) MacDonald of Hamilton. Mother will be deeply missed by her children John (Darlyn) of St. George, Carol Ann (William) Moore of Caledon, Don (Judy) of Hamilton and James (Ann) of Calgary; her grandchildren Nicole, Jared, Ian, Evan, Sarah, Sean, Mark, Kristina, Daniel, Sean, Neil and Owen. Florence was a proud retiree of the Henderson (Juravinski) Hospital and had been very active in the CWL of Sacred Heart Church. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Wednesday, December 28th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 19 Viewpoint Ave., on Thursday December 29th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
