Peacefully with his family by his side on August 11, 2014 in his 87th year. Beloved husband to June for 65 years. Much loved father to Doug (Anna), Bob (Sheila), Rick (Elaine), Wendy Perego (Ross) and Kevin (Barb). He will be dearly missed by his 11 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Jack (Doris) and the late Norm (Marilou). Don retired from Domtar after 44 dedicated years of service. A special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph's Villa for their care and support. The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Friday, August 15, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with tributes read at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
