On April 22, 2018 our dad peacefully passed away with family by his side at Bob Kemp Hospice.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Angeline (Zulyniak). He will be sadly missed by his son Dean and wife Sue and his two grandchildren Lindsay and Eric, Peter and Trudy and Kathy and Steve. He will also be missed by his dear brother John and all Dan’s loving family. We would also like to send a very special thank you to our dear Uncle John for being there for our dad and for all of us. You are our angel. We would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Okawara and his staff at the Juravinski Cancer Centre for all their compassion and help. Dr. Okawara you are a wonderful compassionate doctor and we sincerely thank you for all you have done. Our sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Bob Kemp Hospice. Visitation will take place at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Wednesday April 25th from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Thursday April 26th at 11a.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate if donations could be made to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton, Ontario.
