Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on June 5, 2013 at the age of 68. Survived by her loving husband of 46 years Steve and her dear mother Marija Novosel. She will be welcomed into Heaven by her father Josip, who passed away shortly before she was born. Will be remembered and sadly missed by cousin Branko Skot (Barka, Martina, Martin) and by many relatives, kumovi and friends in Canada, Croatia, US and Slovenia. Many thanks to doctors and staff at 3 West of St. Peter’s Hospital. Family and friends are welcome at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-9pm with Vigil Prayers at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 9am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to Holy Cross Church would be appreciated.
