Allan James Milton

Peacefully passed away on May 30, 2016 at the age of 84. Reunited with his parents Murray Alonzo, Annie May and his devoted wife Betty. Loving father of Charlene Bailey (Tim), Shirley Shevel (Bruce) and Gord Bertin (Brenda). Cherished grandpa of Jay, Kim (John), Derek (Shelley), Brandon, Michele, Marsha (Brady), several great grandchildren many nieces and nephews. He will live on in the heart of his sister Doris, brother-in-law Lionel LeCouter and sister-in-law Marlene LeCouter. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Basel, Hilda (John), Kathleen, Gladys, Doug (Esther), Harold, Liane (Art), Leslie(Diane), many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. A hard working man retiring from International Harvester (Case IH) after many years of service. He loved to play cribbage at the Copper Johns. Allan spent time in Germany, serving as a peace keeper after World War II. Thank you to the caring and kind staff at Victoria Gardens L.T.C. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Eastlawn Cemetery on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 2pm. Donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Diabetes Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
