Sandra D Carpenter

CARPENTER, Sandra D., age 61, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023. She was born on November 18, 1962 in Hamilton, Ohio to Joseph and Margaret Carpenter. While she loved all animals, taking any opportunity to advocate for the fair treatment of them, she was particularly fond of cats. She was a wonderful, caring catmom to the beautiful kitties she rescued, Axl and Lorelai. They were her world. A coffee lover, she had worked as a baronista before dedicating her professional life to yoga. Sandi took great pride in the practice and instruction of yoga. While Sandi was a Daddy's girl, she loved and cared for both of her parents. She loved traveling, the arts and literature, acquiring a large library of books over the years. Care of our world and equality for all people were important to Sandi, as demonstrated by her life and actions.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Sandra is survived by her aunt, Callie; a host of family and dear friends, including her "favorite little girl," Yui?

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the Heart of Northside. 4222 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223. There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm, with a reception/visitation following.
