Russell R. Jones, 77 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Ft Hamilton Hospital. He was born on December 9, 1944 in Hamilton, the son of the late Gibson and Dora Frances (Warner) Jones. Russell was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Delores Jones; children, Brian and Michelle Jones; Grandchildren include Jarrod Smith, Ryan Jones, Bryanna Jones, Dustin Jones, and Adrianna Jones, his sister, Randi (Jeff) Jovanovich and nieces and nephews. Russell was also preced in death by his brother, William (Tiny) Schrul. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Adahmi, Robin, and Diane, with the Oncology Center at Bethesda Butler, the staff and residents at Bradford Place, and to a very special friend, Mandy, who was always there to help him this past year.
