Age 96, of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at the Bradford Place. She was born on September 14, 1920 in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Ottilia (Hubbuch) Zimmerer. Rita graduated from St. Rita School for the Deaf. She had previously worked for Hamilton City Club and Traymore Cafeteria in St. Petersburg, FL for many years before retiring. Rita is survived by her children Charlotte Proctor, Maryrita Hawley, Jessie Flannery and Dr. Bernie (Maria) Hale; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by three sons, Eldon, Leonard and Harold Faulkner; five brothers and one sister. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
