Penny Sue Bartel

Penny Sue Bartel, born on May 22, 1957, in Middletown, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, at Kettering Health Hamilton. Penny dedicated much of her career to Ohio Casualty Insurance. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Margaret (Hayes) Clark; her son, Kevin Young; and her brother, Steve Clark. Penny is survived by her loving son, Jared (Jenny Mull) Bartel; her grandchildren, Kirstyn Young, Kaylee Young, Preston Bartel, and Chloe Bartel; and her great-grandchildren, Konanae Damron, Konoah Damron, Rayla Gilbert, and one more blessing on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Wanda Moore, Otis (Theresa Teague) Clark Jr., Tony (Audrey) Clark, and Annette (Mick) Isaacs; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with the funeral ceremony beginning at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery.
