Paul Barker, age 83, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 in Middletown, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 1pm until 2pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, with military honors to follow. Entombment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
