Letty Ellen Dodsworth, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023. She was born on June 25, 1938 in Portsmouth, OH, the daughter of the late Dr. Garnet E. and Irma (Kessick) Neff. On May 20, 1961, Letty married her husband of 62 years, John C. Dodsworth. She was an Avon Representative for 30 years and was a member of Cornerstone Church. Letty is survived by her husband, John; children, Michael (Diane) Dodsworth and Deborah Dodsworth; grandchildren, Andrew (Elissa) Dodsworth, Ryan (Elizabeth) Dodsworth, Lauren (Justin) McAndrew, and Taylor Heinicke; and great-grandchildren, Isabelle Dodsworth, Caleb Dodsworth, Noah Dodsworth, and Jack McAndrew. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Cornerstone Church, 7600 Princeton Glendale Road, Liberty Township, OH, 45011. Casual dress.
