Kessume Gomes

He was born on August 28, 1953 in John Hughes, Antigua to the late Hudson and Daisy Gomes He married Valerie on July 14, 1987 in St.Croix, U.S Virgin Islands.

Mr. Gomes was accomplished through his business doing Upholstery on the island of St. Croix. He was a man of God, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He enjoying spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his childhood sweetheart and wife of 32 years, Valerie Gomes; Son, Vaynil Gomes; Daughter, Lydia Morton; Daughter, Joan Gomes; and Son, Jason Gomes. Grandchildren, Jaliyah Gomes; Joalisa Gomes; Janiyah Gomes; Akeem Morton Jr. (AJ); Jayden Gomes; Aumari Morton; Jason Gomes Jr.. Brothers, Ivan Nicholas and Desilver Gomes. Sisters, Joan Hunt, Goldine Elwin, Elma Gomes, and Shirley Gomes and numerous of nieces, nephews and friends. A graveside service will be held at a later date in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, all family and friends will be notified. The family would like to express our thanks for the donations.
