Jerry Hedge passed away peacefully, Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Hospice of Cincinnati after a battle with melanoma. He was born to the late Wendle and Jewell (Runion) Hedge on July 2, 1952. Jerry is survived and loved by his younger brother David (Lisa), nieces Charity, Nicole, Amber, Amy and nephew David. He was an icon on the Cincinnati Music Scene. He was teaching and playing electric, acoustic and pedal steel guitar, just to name a few instruments, throughout his life. A visitation will take place at Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd Hamilton, Ohio on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 11am-1pm with a celebration of life to follow at 1pm. Musicians are welcome to bring an instrument. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
