Herman Franklin Woolard

Woolard, Herman Franklin (Frank) Jr., age 80, of Indian Hill, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to Stella J. and Herman F. Woolard Sr. on October 7, 1942. Frank became an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America then graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas, his first job was with Pratt and Whitney, and he retired from General Electric after 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Frank is survived by his wife of 17 years Connie Woolard; Daughter Jill and her husband Bill; two grandchildren. He will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends. Frank was committed to family and friends, while making sure they knew how to achieve their highest potential and life goals. A special thanks from the family to the Courtyard at Seasons staff for the care they provided Frank.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 10:30 am until Services at 12:30 pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Reverend Alfonza Jones officiating.
