Helen "Babe" Mullen

Helen “Babe” Mullen, age 92 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday December 3, 2018 at Hospice of Hamilton. Helen was born on February 27, 1926 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Hobert and Lucy (Hicks) Abney.

Helen was a homemaker and a very active member of the First Baptist Church. In 1946 she married Robert Mullen and he preceded her in death on September 4, 1976. Helen is survived by her three daughters, Bobbie (Hubert) Fox, Joyce Hill and Sandy (Craig) Keller; six grandchildren, Sherri Grubb, Brenda Carter, Eric Hill, Erin Hill, Kristy Harden and Rachel Conley; eight great grandchildren, Michelle Terry, Ryan Grubb, Danielle Wiwi, Trey Campbell, Kaleb Harden, Jacob Harden, Cruz Conley and Case Conley; seven great great grandchildren and brother Robert (Brenda) Abney. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Luella Madden and grandson Josh Poncy. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 12pm on Friday December 7, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Hamilton with Pastor Dan Clemens officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Thursday December 6, 2018 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home and prior to services from 10am-12pm at the church.
