Helen Jeanette Griffin

Helen Jeanette Griffin, age 99, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 5, 1923, to the union of William C. Cooper and Jessie Mae Hartman. Helen was a righteous Christian woman, who served The Lord with a positive attitude. She was a member of the First Church of God on Winton Road. She was a devoted mother who loved her family and always looked forward to visits from them. Helen’s kind words will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Virgil; son, Billy Clarence; brother, Alford Cooper; sister, Gertrude Thompson; granddaughter, Sondra; son-in-law, Danny Sr.

Helen leaves to cherish her memory, son, Roger (Candy); daughters, Patricia Sue, Sandra Mae (Larry Sr.), Bonnie Jean (James); daughter-in-law, Diana; sisters, Joyce Gill and Marie O’Brien; grandchildren Noel, Rhonda, Bill II, Tim, Michelle (Dave), Danny Jr., Wendy (Rick), Melissa (Aaron), Larry Jr. (Melissa Ann), Beverly (Mark), Jeff, Vonda, Linda (Stan); several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be at Rose Hill funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 12:00pm until time of services beginning at 1:00pm. Pastors Brian Buriff and Dennis Whitaker, officiating.
