Ernest "Ernie" Sandlin age 53 of Hamilton passed away Friday October 3, 2014 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. He was born December 27, 1960 in Hamilton, Ohio. Mr. Sandlin worked for Kelly Brothers Roofing and was also a self-employed roofer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a NASCAR fan. He is survived by his wife Tammy Sandlin; his mother Wilma Hayes; his father Leroy Smith; four daughters Angela (Ben) Lovins, Kristina (Wesley) Lapp, Ashley (Joe) Emily, and Natasha (Jeremy) Thompson; three step children Joseph (Leslie) Suttles, Jeremy Kemp, and Jessica Petree; seven grandchildren, and six siblings Jack Sandlin, Sheila (Gary) Sams, Richard (Debbie) Sandlin, Tammy (David) Naylor, Crystal (David) Hayes, and Arthur (Donna) Smith.
